Keep your body odor to a minimum with these simple steps

However, showering with antibacterial bar soap might just be the thing that you need at the start of the day.

Eat healthy

Also know what you are putting in your body. Eating foods such as garlic and onion might make your sweat smelly. Drinking caffeinated drinks and alcohol might also make you sweat more. Therefore, try avoiding these drinks. Always eat healthy, include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. A diet that is balanced is the best for you. You don’t need to cut foods completely; rather eating in a moderate quantity is the way to go.

Do your laundry

If you are not doing your laundry on time or at regular intervals then bacteria might accumulate on your cloths and that surely is not a good thing. Chances are they’d just stick to your body if you are going to wear the same unwashed cloths, so make sure that you are not missing out on your laundry days. Also, in such cases bacteria can cause more than just odor, this can lead to any skin infection. Therefore, keeping an eye out is necessary.
